Jackson Inducted into National Honor Society

8 Nov 2007

At the ceremony tonight at Oak Hill High School, Jackson was inducted into the National Honor Society. He is shown below taking the pledge with fellow students. Unfortunately, the picture of his receiving his certificate was inadvertently sabotaged by the women that found her way between Jackson and the camera as she jockied for a better position from which to take her photo.

As many of you know, the invitation to join the NHS is extended to those students with a GPA of 3.5 or better, who have demonstrated leadership skills, participated in community service, and involved themselves in extracurricular activities, in addition to other criteria.

Congratulations, Jackson!

This term, during his four-block days, Jackson is taking five classes, three of which are for college credit.
